J. Michael Dorsey provides consulting and expert witness services and Fair Housing training nationwide. He is an attorney admitted to practice in Missouri and the District of Columbia, a former General Counsel of HUD, Assistant Secretary for Public and Indian Housing, and HUD Acting Secretary. In addition, he has also served as the Administrative Counsel for the US House of Representatives and Chief of Administrative Services for the US Department of Homeland Security. His involvement with passage of the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 and publication of the implementing regulations makes him uniquely qualified to teach Fair Housing compliance.

 

Carolyn J. Buck provides consulting services nationwide. She is an attorney admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia. She was the Chief Counsel of the Office of Thrift Supervision for twelve years where she also served as the Senior Deputy Chief Counsel for Enforcement and Litigation for three years. In addition, while at HUD, she was Deputy General Counsel and the Assistant General Counsel for Litigation.
